We'll be building up a list of places of interest local to The Burleigh Arms that registered users can rate. This will help visitors to the area find the best places to go and might even provide some inspiration for us locals too. Cambridge Visitor Information Centre
Situated about ten minutes walk from The Burleigh just off Market Square, this is the first stop for information about tours, special events and what to see and do in Cambridge.

The most popular thing to do on a day in Cambridge is to take to the River Cam in a punt! They can be hired from several locations along the river, Quayside being the nearest to The Burleigh, a fifteen minute walk across Midsummer Common.A chauffer can also be hired who will talk about the history of the city, or you can be brave and take a punt out yourself.
The Fitzwilliam Museum
The University of Cambridge's world famous museum houses an amazing collection of art and antiquities and is a must see on a visit to Cambridge. The museum is located on Trumpington Street, just up the road from King's College.
